Recently Shortcuts announced that they intend to increase their North American Support Team by almost 25 per cent in response to rapid growth driven by a spate of amazing innovations from the salon tech giant. A newly created Development Lab in Toronto plus a new Help Desk team will continue high-quality support to Shortcuts growing family of salons in North America.

Meanwhile, the expansion brought by the new Help Desk presence in Toronto combined with the well-established Help Desk in Huntington Beach, CA, will strengthen the unique 24-hour support available to every Shortcuts client as well as work directly with the Development Lab to drive further innovations.
