The fourth Alan Howard Joico Select Accounts Conference took place recently in Leeds, UK, with the theme based on the importance of planning and preparation to create a greater profit for your business.
Host and Business Coach, John Huscroft, spoke about how important it was to work on your business and develop the skills needed to run a profitable business. John also introduced on-stage MD of Alan Howard, Jonathan Littler, who shared with the audience their vision for the select accounts: ‘to help the Joico Select Accounts to grow their business with the help of the team through creative and business education along with the support of their team.’
When Jonathan left the stage, Joico Select Account Manager, Laura Ackers shared with the audience how they can learn simple time management skills to help them run a more efficient and effective business. Laura also stressed the importance of knowing your figures and your break-even, as well as setting deadlines for yourself.
Education plays a large part of the services Alan Howard provide to the Joico Select Accounts and it was now time to introduce the new courses for 2020 and celebrate the achievements of salons and individuals who have excelled throughout 2019. Assistant Head of Education Lorraine Matic provided a review of the education provided and the stand out moments of 2019 and introduced the courses for 2020 including the second Joico Colour Genius Programme.
