As a consequence of the Corona Virus pandemic outbreak, Governments in some Countries have imposed many restrictions on the businesses open to public and not essential for survival. Obviously Salons have been ordered to close down as they cannot guarantee the respect of the safety rules to avoid contagion. In Europe the first Country to adopt stringent measures has been Italy, followed a week later by France and then, after some discussion, also by the Spanish Government.
Salons are still open in the rest of the world where, in some cases, it is recommended that extraordinary procedures be enacted to guarantee safety for all. At any rate, it seems unavoidable that Salon’s door will close, sooner or later, in many more countries, with unjustified delay.
