CBE, the Shanghai Hair & Beauty exhibition, has always held its own – even during the darkest moments of the pandemic. Alas, it has had to be rescheduled until December 2022, due by the worsening situation of COVID in China.
Originally scheduled to take place on May 12th-14th 2022 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), CBE has had its dates rescheduled to December 14th – 16th 2022.
It’s not without some surprise and bewilderment that we have received this news. This is one of the few, if not the only exhibition of our industry that until now has never felt the need to close its doors.
Apologising for the inconvenience, the organisers had to make this announcement just a few days before the scheduled opening of what is considered the biggest hair & beauty fair in China.
In light of the serious COVID situation in Shanghai China, the organizing committee had no choice but to postpone this year’s event in order to protect the health and safety of all participants.
Although the physical show has been postponed, the China Beauty Expo will launch its first online exhibition in its place on May 12th – 14th 2022. After three years of development and improvement on its cloud platform, CBE has amassed a total of 1,000,000+ active professional buyers in its database. The online exhibition will utilise the WeChat mini-app to bring matchmaking, theme events, virtual conferences, live-streaming and many more activities to participants. This online event will create an efficient and convenient place to seek out business opportunities.
