The 2024 edition of the leading hair & beauty B2B event will take place from Thursday March 21st to Sunday March 24th, with a new formula already approved by international companies and stakeholders.
Among the innovations and services offered, the first big change is that all the pavilions will open simultaneously on Thursday, March 21. This follows the increasing multi-channel approach of hair & beauty stakeholders. Cosmo Hair & Nail & Beauty Salon will open on Thursday, March 21, optimizing networking activities and trade exchanges with retailers and suppliers exhibiting in Cosmopack and Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics, and will close on Sunday, March 24, after four days full of events for hairstylists, until Sunday evening. Organizers expect all exhibition halls to be sold-out.

Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is a working platform particularly focused on the business needs of global stakeholders. The exhibition is crucial for more than 250,000 industry professionals from over 160 countries, who each year arrive in Bologna to define their business strategies. Moreover, Cosmetica Italia, the Italian personal care association, will be involved in marketing promotion.

The unmissable appointment is ON HAIR, with shows dedicated to hairdressers and professionals in the hair sector. In its 14th edition, ON HAIR is the reference appointment for hairdressers and salon professionals. For the 2024 edition, they will present a new format, ONE DAY EVENT.
On Sunday, March 24, breath-taking shows with the most recognized hairstylists worldwide sharing their talent, creativity, and new suggestions will take place. The trendiest looks will be unveiled on stage, expressing consumers’ tastes and new habits. ON HAIR will be a spectacular event and, simultaneously, an occasion for high-level training with innovative techniques and new hair trends.
At the end of the shows, Ap-Hair-Itivo, the aperitive dedicated to the hair sector and organized by Cosmoprof, will facilitate networking in a relaxed and highly glamorous environment. The event will take place on Sunday, March 24, from 6:00 PM, at the Ex Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Bologna, enhanced by a meticulous renovation. The event will host more than 1,000 guests, among whom hairstylists, hair industry entrepreneurs, and trade journalists.
HAIR RING SELECTED
Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna and Camera Italiana dell’Acconciatura proudly support and empower young talents to follow their dreams and express their full creativity, values, and knowledge. HAIR RING SELECTED will give the possibility to create a strong synergy with the fashion world.
The project will involve the Italian associations CN and CONFARTIGIANATO, hairstyling schools, and NEXT FASHION SCHOOL, the famous fashion school in Bologna. Hair talents and fashion students will explain their projects through a visual presentation and videos. From the first conception to the final realization, engaging storytelling will focus on the firm and permanent relationship between fashion and hairstyling. The initiative will take place on Sunday, March 24, at the Cosmetica Italia Lounge.
