An announcement made this week confirms that Dominic Pratt, Former Vice President R&D, Skin Care Products Research, will succeed Cory Couts in the role as Global President, Kao Salon.
Heading up the Goldwell, KMS, Oribe and VARIS brands worldwide, the appointment will become effective on September 1, 2021 and he will be based in Darmstadt, Germany. Couts will leave the company to return to his home country of the United States.
Pratt has a long history in Kao Salon Division, having lead the division’s innovative R&D efforts and as a member of the Executive Salon Lead Team for many years.
