The BeautyWorld Middle East 2020 organizers have awarded Mr. Nazih Hamad, CEO & Founder of Nazih Group with the “Lifetime Achievement Award” proclaimed by a panel of highly experienced judges from the beauty industry. This award category rewards a major player in the Middle-East industry who has exhibited outstanding creative, innovative and visionary leadership in the growth and advancement of the beauty industry, especially during the extraordinary & challenging times that we have all faced this year. And who could embody that description better than Mr Nazih Hamad, who has succeeded in building great company thanks to his business ability and above to all his human approach to the market.

“We started out in Dubai in 1980 and have built our heritage by being very close to our customers, the people,” says Mr. Nazih Hamad. “Customer service has always been our focus, our priority and that has given us more scope to keep in touch with our customers. We see many other companies concentrating on prices, cutting prices and marketing a lot of different products to the market. When we came here to Dubai, nobody was very confident in the future of the beauty industry in this area. Now we export in 21 countries, we have more than 4,000 employees in our group and we cover all the processes of the business from manufacturing to distribution, training education and financing.”
