LLC Announces New Appointments in the USA

USA Beauty, LLC, a joint venture between Informa Markets, BolognaFiere Group and the Professional Beauty Association, announced strategic leadership appointments to help further grow the Premiere Beauty and Cosmoprof North America brands in USA Beauty’s portfolio.

Liz Hitchcock will assume the role of Vice President of Premiere Beauty Shows. She was recently a Show Director at Emerald, and prior to that a Group Show Director for the International Beauty Show (IBS) and International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference New York (IECSC) at Questex.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the B2B and beauty industry, her expertise in brand expansion, event leadership, sales and business development make her the perfect fit to lead the growth of the Premiere Beauty USA portfolio.

In this role she will oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, while helping to enhance the brand’s reach, including the Premiere Beauty trade shows.
“I am absolutely delighted to join this exceptional Premiere Beauty shows team. As an industry leader, Premiere has consistently set benchmarks for excellence, shaping trends, nurturing talent, and driving growth within the professional beauty industry. I eagerly anticipate collaborating with the beauty community, fostering an environment where businesses can thrive and flourish together,” stated Hitchcock.

In another appointment, Liza Rapay is taking on the broader leadership role of Vice President of Cosmoprof North America, in which she will continue to oversee the strategic direction and expansion of Cosmoprof North America’s presence in the region’s beauty market as she leads all Cosmoprof North America events.
Rapay brings nearly 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, six of which have been spent with the company, and valuable knowledge and industry relationships that will help continue to drive the brand’s growth.
“Leading Cosmoprof North America events with our valued partners is a great honor and a significant responsibility. I am eager to continue our journey of growth and innovation, ensuring that our events not only meet but exceed the expectations of the beauty industry. With our recent success in Miami and the tremendous momentum heading into our Las Vegas event, we are well-positioned to explore new horizons and create new unparalleled opportunities in the beauty space across North America,” Rapay stated.

Earlier this year, Cosmoprof North America Miami launched and saw success in tapping into a new market space, providing an entry to the Latin America market as well as capturing more attention of beauty buyers across the region and establishing new benchmarks for trade shows in the beauty space.
“Our intention is to grow the beauty portfolio to complement our leadership position on a worldwide basis through our robust beauty network,” said Ken McAvoy, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Operations at Informa Markets and President of South Florida Ventures. “These strategic leadership commitments, position us well for the aggressive growth strategy we have implemented. We intent to announce additional expansions in the U.S. market at Cosmoprof Las Vegas in July.”

There is still no news about it.
