Please introduce your company.
“Myosotis srl boasts over 30 years of experience in trichology in the Mattiello family. Their constant commitment to nature led them to launching the ORising brand, a hair treatment range with natural extracts and essential oils formulated with numerous biological components. ORising today is considered a landmark in the professional hair market for the treatment of scalp and hair problems. What made your brand successful?

How important is Export to your Brand?
“For us, export is very important as it covers 90% of our annual sales. In fact, since the outset, ORising has seen rapid international success, first in Central and Eastern Europe and soon after in the Middle East, Russia, and more recently in the USA and Canada.
We are also planning to expand further in Western Europe, Australia, Asia and Latin America”.

How did you face up to the pandemic?
“During the last two years, we must admit that we have been lucky! Our customers around the world continued to work without too many problems and our internal staff remained active by working from home. This has also been possible thanks to online technology, which became one of the main sales channels for all our distributors. In addition, due to the numerous lockdowns that we have endured, people have developed a greater sensitivity towards self-care, starting from personal care products such as ORising”.

As hair and beauty trade fairs start up again, do you believe they are still important for our industry?
“First of all, let me tell you that I attended the first editions of Cosmoprof Bologna with my father. This fact confirms that we strongly believe in industry trade fairs and we will continue attending them as part of our export strategy.

In this regard, we would like to point out that our team will attend the following exhibitions in 2022:

What projects do you have coming up in the near future?
