A leading light for hair & beauty in Spain and Portugal, Salon Look 2024 will be held from October 18th – 20th in Halls 12, 14, and 14.1 at Ifema Madrid. There will be numerous new features, starting with a new image and launch campaign.
‘Where beauty means business’ is the new slogan of the event created to focus on business at the trade fair. The upcoming edition of Salon Look is expected to offer innovative design and a whole new image compared to its more traditional one over the past 25 years. “The photographic style is designed to look up-to-date and highlight the many types of beauty – and that at Salón Look we work for each and every one of them.” says Julia González, Director of Salon Look. “Beauty is diversity, and that’s what we want to represent with this proposal. After 25 years of the fair, it was time to make this change.”
The effort to increase business opportunities at the event has brought new features, like optimised sectorisation to maximize the results of each firm; a great boost to the international buyers’ program with the collaboration of ICEX and Stanpa; an exclusive program of activities responding to the needs of the sectors present at Salón Look; an increased number of agreements and partnerships with the essential agents of the sector in the Iberian Peninsula.
Main Activities and Awards
The Friday session will focus on the figure of distributors and wholesalers, through agreements with associations such as ANEPE.
The Hair Look Catwalk will take centre stage and will once again shine with the celebration of top-level shows by the hand of major brands: Effervescence, and Kemon Fashion Show… culminating on Monday night with a new edition of the Catwalk and Fígaro Awards.
Nailympion Spain, the most important championship in Europe in the nail sector, will once again bring together the most outstanding professionals who serve as inspiration for the newcomers.
As for the aesthetics and professional beauty sector, the XVI edition of the Aesthetics Congress will be held, hosted, and presented by the model and presenter Paloma Lago.
