Naturalia Tantum SpA, a company committed to natural cosmetics, has signed a new agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Togethair srl, a branch of the Specchiasol company, which deals with colouring and hair care products for salons professional.
The operation concluded on June 30th, 2021 and was carried out thanks to the effective research of Italian excellence in cosmetics and nutraceuticals conducted by Assietta Private Equity.
Togethair, a line characterized by functionality and green formulations, fully embraces the same vision, spirit and mission as Naturalia Tantum.

The “natural” flare, that is in Naturalia Tantum’s DNA and the huge potential for expansion abroad, thanks to the synergy with the other brands of the group, are the keys to our development in the near future.”
With the acquisition of Togethair, whose turnover exceeds € 3 million, of which over 70% from export in more than 15 countries, the Group will exceed € 35 million in turnover for 2021, confirming its place among the top places among Italian companies competing in this field.
This is the Naturalia Tantum Group’s fifth acquisition in just four years – move that adds further value to a multichannel group that today has the critical mass necessary to establish itself in Italian and foreign markets and to become a point of reference in the natural and organic cosmetics sector.
Other brands of the group include Sanecovit, specializing in cosmetics and detergents for large retailers, acquired in March 2017; Bioearth, dedicated to cosmetics and supplements for herbalists and pharmacies, acquired in October 2018; Effegilab, which specialized in cosmetics for high-end hotels and spas and food supplements, acquired in May 2019; and Di-Va, specialized in the marketing in the pharmaceutical channel of cosmetic products and supplements both under its brand and under third party brands, acquired in September 2020.
Based in Settimo di Pescantina (VR), Togethair specializes in the manufacturing and marketing of colouring and care products for professional salons. The people who work there are committed and passionate, they contribute with their knowledge and skills to create avant-garde style, products, image and natural formulations.
The Company’s offer is wide, covering all professional needs related to hair care (colouring, bleaching, styling, specific treatments) and the products are sold exclusively in the trade channel of salons and hairdressers. The Italian market is served by more than 10 agents and 40 distributors.

With the acquisition of Togethair, Naturalia Tantum confirms itself as a multichannel hub of companies specialized in natural cosmetic products and supplements for personal well-being.
The project began in March 2017 with the acquisition of San.Eco.Vit., a company founded in 1989 that produces and markets organic and certified cosmetic and detergent products for the person, for the home and pet care. Donato Vitaloni, the founder of the company and “ambassador” of the natural and organic product, participates in the project by reinvesting in the company and continuing to work on product development.
