Packaging Gets Smart: Antares Vision Group Challenges the Industry at Cosmetic 360

Paris, October 2025 – Antares Vision Group, a global leader in premium packaging solutions for the beauty sector, is set to present its latest innovations at Cosmetic 360 in Paris, held 15–16 October 2025 at the Carrousel du Louvre, under this year’s theme “Predictions.”

With decades of expertise, Antares Vision Group is known for combining advanced technology with refined design to meet the evolving needs of luxury and mass-market brands alike. The company will focus on smart, data-driven packaging and end-to-end traceability, including a cloud platform for Returnable Asset Management designed to enhance visibility, reduce waste, and promote circularity in cosmetics logistics.

Packaging as a Brand Asset

For Antares Vision Group, packaging is no longer a passive container but an active brand asset. By integrating unique digital identities, RFID, and vision systems, the company enables beauty players to strengthen consumer trust through transparency and verified claims. This aligns with a wider industry trend where traceability is becoming central to competitiveness, as brands connect packs to authentication, usage tips, and sustainability data. In practical terms, the platform ties data-capture devices into ERP systems to create a single source of truth on asset status, with analytics that minimise losses and optimise performance. As we recently explored in Estetica Export’s feature, brands that invest in supply chain visibility are setting new standards in consumer engagement.

Innovation on Display

At Booth FA59, the Group will unveil DIAMIND Connect: a modular, scalable, cloud-based platform designed to deliver end-to-end traceability, customer engagement, authentication, and protection against market diversion and counterfeits. DIAMIND Connect supports compliance with global standards and provides verifiable sustainability and consumer transparency across the product lifecycle.

New capabilities showcased around returnable logistics cover full tracking of pallets, cartons, and primary packs; support for brand protection (e.g., customs connections and scan analysis); end-of-life guidance to enable circular flows; and links to Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) indicators to monitor water and carbon footprints in near-real time.

“Digitalising the supply chain is not just a technological matter, but a strategic necessity to ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in an increasingly demanding market. Our solutions empower cosmetic brands to transform their supply chain into digital ecosystems that build trust, protect brand integrity and strengthen consumer engagement,” says Gianfranco Landolfi, General Manager Life Science & Cosmetics at Antares Vision Group

Beyond the platform’s core features, Antares Vision will illustrate how smart IDs (including 2D-barcode ready approaches), RFID, and machine-vision data can unify factory, logistics, and market signals—giving brands a single source of truth to fight grey markets, streamline operations, and substantiate ESG claims.

Conference Highlight

Thursday, 16 October at 4:45 p.m. CET, Antares Vision joins the official Cosmetic 360 conference programme with “How can Prediction Become Reality in the Supply Chain of Cosmetic Products?” Carlo Ravelli (Business Owner Cosmetics, Antares Vision Group) will demonstrate how DIAMIND Connect unlocks predictive capabilities—from early detection of market-diversion risks and forecasting product recalls to validating sustainability claims and ensuring compliance with upcoming regulations such as Sunrise 2027.

A Partner for Growth

Operating worldwide, Antares Vision Group partners with some of the most prestigious names in the beauty industry. The Group reported €214 million in 2023 revenues, operates in 60 countries with 1,300+ employees, and is listed on Euronext STAR and included in the Tech Leaders index—credentials that underscore its scale in regulated and FMCG markets. Its forward-looking approach helps clients meet regulatory requirements while leveraging packaging as a storytelling platform—enhancing differentiation in an increasingly competitive market.

By bringing together sustainability, design, and digitalisation, Antares Vision Group continues to position itself as a strategic ally for beauty brands seeking growth on the global stage.
