With new zones, premium seminars, and record exhibitor numbers, the Tokai region’s leading beauty trade fair sets the stage for accelerated industry innovation.
Sister to the widely respected Beautyworld Japan Tokyo, the Nagoya edition has seen rapid growth since its launch, becoming one of the most important events on Japan’s B2B beauty calendar. Returning to Port Messe Nagoya from 14 to 16 July 2025, the third edition of the show will build on its momentum with a revamped format, expanded seminar programme, and an unprecedented eight-zone exhibition structure.
Rapid Growth and Record Numbers
Launched as the sister event to the well-known Beautyworld Japan Tokyo, the Nagoya fair has grown rapidly. In 2024, it hosted 247 exhibitors and over 14,000 visitors from 10 countries and regions. This year, 250 exhibitors are already confirmed, and the numbers are expected to rise further.
All-New Seminar Formats
A key highlight for 2025 is the introduction of four seminar zones:

- Premium Seminars (new for 2025)
The Premium Seminars will offer exclusive, small-group learning sessions with leading experts in fields like hair, skincare, acupuncture, and aesthetics. In total, there will be 35 live talks and demos, offering real-world knowledge that professionals can apply immediately.
Expect 12 new speakers to bring fresh ideas and insights to the programme.
