L’Oréal Italia Unveils ‘Beauty Hub’ in Milan

L’Oréal Italia has inaugurated its new headquarters, the Beauty Hub, in Milan’s Piazza Fernanda Pivano 1. Spanning nine floors and 13,000 square meters, the modern facility is part of The Sign, an urban regeneration project led by Covivio and designed by Progetto CMR.

At the inauguration, President & CEO Ninell Sobiecka emphasised L’Oréal’s deep roots in Italy and Milan. She highlighted the building’s five core values: beauty, Italian heritage, sustainability, networking, and well-being. Designed for environmental efficiency and employee comfort, the Beauty Hub aims to earn LEED Platinum and WELL certifications and already holds WiredScore Platinum for top-tier digital connectivity.

The open-plan workspace supports hybrid work, with unassigned seating fostering flexibility and collaboration. Employees benefit from two restaurants, cafés, a nursing room, shower facilities, concierge services, and a dedicated academy for hair stylist training.

The Beauty Hub’s opening marks the completion of The Sign, revitalising 40,000+ square meters in Milan’s Romolo district. Now home to major firms like AON and NTT Data, the area integrates public spaces and green zones preserving local biodiversity.
