OUR STORY
Tecno Elettra was founded in 1982 as an Italian manufacturing company with the aim of combining traditional hand-made and industrial-scale production of 100% MADE IN ITALY professional hairdryers. This ambitious goal was achieved after a constant period of growth, development and attention to continuous improvement, with the right mix of tradition, local culture, research, innovation and quality. Over time, new models were created with more and more technology and attention to Italian craftsmanship. Investments in research & development and quality control, together with numerous international certifications, have allowed Tecno Elettra to grow and consolidate in several different countries.
OUR PRESENT
In 2022, Tecno Dry took over from Tecno Elettra to carry on the tradition of the 100% MADE IN ITALY products. Constantly looking for new ideas and solutions, the company is a leader in design, technology and ergonomics. Today, Tecno Dry offers a wide range of professional hair dryers of excellence. With its many product ranges and a comprehensive customer satisfaction policy it can meet your every need in the world market with the innovation and reliability demanded by the best hairstylists. Punctuality and continuous improvement represent the milestones of our company.
OUR APPROACH TO WORK: The trust we create
The purpose of Tecno Dry is to strengthen and expand its distribution network, focusing on exclusive distributors and importers.
Over the years, we chose to walk side by side with our clients and we selected companies interested in long-term relationships with exclusive agreements. These policies allowed Tecno Elettra to grow together with its customers and to make the TE brand a solid and reliable trademark.
OUR FOCUS: Customization
All Tecno Dry products can be customized according to the customer’s needs; it is therefore possible to design and create a specially made product focusing the attention on a personalized marketing, with the aim to target the market segment identified by the Customer. Customization can refer just to graphics and aesthetics by adding the customer’s logo on the product, but it can also involve inner components, in order to satisfy the end user requests. During the customization process, it is of utmost importance to remember that the specific needs of the Customers are the basis on which a new product is shaped out of an already existing one from Tecno Dry’s range. This generates a constant interaction among Tecno Dry, Customer, market demands and development of a new brand.
