The family-owned French company dedicated to the beauty of hair since 1919, present in 56 countries, is rethinking its organization with the aim of building the professional division of tomorrow.
In order to respond more effectively to the ambitions of its brands, the marketing and sales departments of the Eugene Perma Professionnel group are being reorganized into two separate divisions.

Marie-Laure Martin was appointed Sales Director of Professionnel France and Cécile Martin as Director of Marketing Strategy of Professional, PR and Digital Communication. From now on, with the support of Sophie Arlot, National Sales Director, Emmanuel Pirenne, Artistic Director and Marketing Manager Salons as well as all the sales, marketing and training teams, Cécile and Marie-Laure, both COMEX members, are now in charge of new development projects.
After concluding business studies with brilliant results at Audencia school, Marie-Laure Martin, 31, joined the family business more than 8 years ago as International Director to bring Eugene Perma Professional worldwide and, most recently, to hair salons in the United States.

Cécile Martin, 36, started her career at M6 advertising. She joined the group in 2008, holding sales and marketing positions. She took over the direction of marketing communications in 2018. In the future she will focus on the marketing strategy of all the brands of the Professionnel division in order to strengthen the product offering, develop new categories and brands at exhibitions, as well as on selective circuits. As Director of Digital and PR Communication, she will also manage PR and digital communication (websites, influencers and social networks) of all the Eugene Perma professional brands.
