HISTORY
PROCOSME is the private label division of the Ymenso Group, of which Nuova Fapam Spa is an integral part, a leading company in the haircare sector with international brands such as SCREEN Professional Hair Care, Nubeà, tagliatiXilsuccesso, and Jaas, present in more than 70 countries worldwide.
Founded in 1994, Procosme has, over the years, become a complete Research and Production Center and a reference point for the cosmetics industry, functioning as a high-quality, 100% Made in Italy, production boutique. In Procosme both proprietary and third-party product development and manufacturing are based on a new philosophy and approach focused on the use of the latest technologies, supported by extensive experience in cosmetic and trichological research.

By working with leading raw material producers in Europe and the USA, and conducting constant research and testing activities in its laboratories, Procosme can develop “customized” formulas, providing a guarantee of exclusivity. Procosme can meet private label needs by proudly creating new products based on unique and exclusive formulas, offering a full-service approach that spans from R&D to packaging research and design, and from regulatory affairs to marketing and promotional strategies. It currently has more than 4,500 formulas to its credit.
Procosme offers tailor-made support to each client, with a strong focus on repairing treatment products and styling products such as waxes, aerosols, and American-style pastes.

Procosme develops high-quality professional coloring creams and toners, with or without PPD, ammonia-free, and resorcinol-free, featuring cutting-edge formulas enriched with selected active ingredients.

The Hair care products production department, for the preparation of alcohollicensed UTF, is provided with a computerized vacuum and turbo emulsifier.
The production area is provided with a turbo emulsifier and mixers from 30 lt to 8000 lt capacity with a production capacity of 20.000 lt/day. From 5 ml to 10 lt fillers for liquid, gel, paste, cream, semi-dense and spirits.
Automatic production line for ecological varnishes, lacquers, and mousse – 3.000 pcs/hour capacity. Wax, paste, and gum line with cooling chamber – 10.000 pcs/day capacity. 10 ml to 300 ml tube filling – 20.000 pcs/day capacity. The packaging departments can process any required quantity.
