The Provalliance Group Launches its Indian Campaign

With a turnover exceeding €500 million in 2023, the Provalliance Group is a world leader in the hairdressing market. It intends to continue its growth investing in the buoyant Indian market where it plans to open 200 Franck Provost salons over 10 years.

Already owning 17 labels including emblematic brands such as Franck Provost, Jean-Louis David, Saint Algue and Bleu Libellule, the next milestone in the development of the Provillance Group is to consolidate its presence in all its markets. Furthermore, it will continue its international development with the opening a large number of Franck Provost salons in India, one of the most promising markets. Provaillance is planning to open some 200 salons overall in the next ten years.

Frank Provost invited around a hundred guests to the inauguration of its first show in Bangalore, India. The presence of the French Consul General and numerous Indian celebrities underlined the importance of the event. With high-end positioning, the hairdresser to the stars intends to impart his European style to an increasingly numerous wealthy Indian clientele.

India is an exploding market in terms of general beauty,” notes Marc Aublet, CEO of Provalliance. “The hairstyle, especially for Indian women, is the essential adornment of their appearance. There are a number of French and English salons, but very few. Given the countrys potential, our goal is to open 200 salons in India within ten years.” For this reason, Provalliance has entrusted a master franchise” to two Indian entrepreneurs, including the company, FP Style Lounge”.

The Provalliance Group, which owns 17 brands and 3,300 establishments spread across nearly 30 countries, is experiencing strong growth across all its locations.
In 2023, Provalliance strengthened its M&A department in order to support its dynamics and the development of its brands, in the realization of new projects around the world. Thus, along with the Franck Provost, Jean Louis David and The Barber Company brands strong development in France, Spain and Portugal in 2024, the Group plans to establish itself much more massively in India.

There is still no news about it.
