The Australian brand of high-end hair products Kevin.Murphy has appointed Vincent Tercé, Chief Executive Officer France. Terce will officially take office as of 1 July 2019.

After having made his debut in the luxury hair industry in the marketing department of Estée Lauder France for the brand Bumble&bumble, in 2012 Vincent Tercé took up the challenge to participate in the launch of the brand Kevin.Murphy in France. He is expected to establish the foundation of the strategic marketing plan for the brand on French territory and accompany its global development on a national level.

As the guarantor of the luxury standing of the Kevin.Murphy brand, a complete set of strategic tools will be set up over the next 7 years: Marketing, Education and Sales to ensure its growth. The goal is to perpetuate the development of the brand on the French market, in terms of both professional quality and ethical and environmental values. Terce plans to adopt a strategy based on two pillars: a targeted distribution based on high-end products available only to partner hairdressers or exclusively at Bon Marché and Nose – in order to maintain a premium brand image – while ensuring quality educational support on products from the latest fashion trends. His charisma and closeness to his clients make Vincent Tercé a valuable asset for the Australian brand.
