Continuing a series of acquisitions and investments in the luxury-brand and cosmetics industries, Mandarin Capital Partner III has recently enlarged its interest in the hair professional sector by investing in the Nuova Fapam Corporation.
After over 30 years in the hair professional industry, Nuova Fapam has come to an agreement with the international firm Mandarin Capital Partner III (MCP III), with a view to pursuing constant growth and increasing its role in the global haircare market.
Founded in 2007, MCP III has already invested over €500m in several financial processes and, thanks to its extensive expertise, can offer high-level industrial and managerial standards, as well as strong global connections achieved through a consolidated presence in the Asian market.
The common corporate vision shared by Nuova Fapam and MCP III, both at a synergic and industrial level, offers the chance to increase the ongoing internalisation process and achieve further solid growth of the business. Nuova Fapam is already active in over 50 countries worldwide with its brands (Screen, Legality, Nubea) and counts more than 800 salons among its franchising interests (Tagliati X il Successo). The Educational Centre in Pescara (Italy) is one of the biggest and more performing in Europe (6800 sqm and 2300 workplaces)

To ensure business stability, Maria Parnazzini will hold the position of President, whereas Alessandro and Nico Parnazzini will both be Managing Directors.
