2020 will no doubt go down in history as the year with the fewest trade exhibitions ever! Keeping up the momentum, we’ve just received confirmation that the 4th edition of Cosmobeauty Barcelona is to be postponed until 10th – 12th April 2021.
Before making such a harsh decision, the organisers of Fira Barcelona carefully thought about their main objective and concluded that it was to return with a richer and more comprehensive calendar than ever, incorporating over 50 shows, presentations and seminars.
They want to find a way to instil enthusiasm into the industry, helping it to grow. To achieve this, the program will focus on two main areas: prestigious training and outstanding innovations. With Hairdressing, Beauty, Barbershop, Nails, Make-up, Aesthetic Medicine, Healthy Life & Wellness and Image Consulting are all integral to the event, Cosmobeauty Barcelona 2021 is bound to be a vital meeting point for leading brands and the top professionals in the sector at both a national and an international level.
The Main Attractions
COSMOBEAUTY Barcelona has an exceptional training program prepared by a team of professionals with more than 25 years’ experience in the professional beauty industry.
For the Beauty, Aesthetic Medicine and Healthy Life & Wellness sectors, events such as the 33rd edition of the International Congress of Advanced Aesthetics offer an amazing programme covering the three days of the fair.
Highly anticipated will be the 2nd edition of Global Beauty Hub – GBH21, a congress targeting manufacturers, entrepreneurs, area managers or directors of professional beauty centres.
The 3rd edition of the International Image Consulting Congress stands out in the Hairdressing, Nails and Make-up division, a pioneering event that is already famous thanks to the success of its first two editions.
The Cosmobeauty Barcelona Catwalk will open its doors with shows by leading professionals in hairdressing, make-up and bodypainting.
Furthermore, the already prestigious Vida Estética Magazine Awards – celebrating its 6th edition – will reward innovation, excellence and brand R&D which, year-after-year, invest in the hair industry and develop products specifically geared towards enhancing the hair salon experience for professional and clients alike.
A Unique Venue
Exhibitors and brands from all over Spain will show off their most outstanding innovations in Hall 2 of Fira de Barcelona – Gran Via, a venue with 10,000m2 of exhibition space and with around 7,000m2 dedicated to training. This edition aims to exceed the 50,000 professional visitors reached in 2019.
Fira de Barcelona – Gran Via is the setting chosen by the most important international fairs such as the Mobile World Congress, the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week or Alimentaria, offering exhibitors and visitors one of the best exhibition spaces in Europe.
