Ninell Sobiecka boasts over twenty years’ experience in top positions at multinational companies, including PepsiCo, Danone and Henkel. She succeeds Emmanuel Goulin at the French beauty giant. Goulin will remain in office until the end of the year.

L’Oréal Italia has announced big changes in top management: Emmanuel Goulin, currently President and CEO of the Italian branch, has been appointed Global President of Travel Retail and has joined the executive committee of the L’Oréal Group. He will be replaced by Ninell Sobiecka, who will take on the role of President and CEO at L’Oréal Italia from January 1st 2024.

With a global turnover of €32 billion, a workforce of over 85,000 and a presence in over 150 countries, L’Oréal is the leading hair & beauty group in the world. It has been present in Italy since 1908.

Ninell Sobiecka holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh (UK). Her professional experience, gained over a 25-year journey, has seen her hold prestigious positions in various global realities. The manager took the first steps of her career in 1997 as Marketing Coordinator at PepsiCo and continued as Brand Manager at Danone.
